Rick Heaton, also known by his online handle ‘Sapience’, is the Community Manager for The Lord of the Rings Online, which is developed by Turbine. Heaton is well-liked amongst the LotRO community, as he maintains constant communication and is invested in the well-being of the players and accommodating them as best he can.
Heaton communicates with the LotRO community in a variety of forms. He is active on the LotRO forums and uses YouTube to post video updates regarding the development and future of The Lord of the Rings Online. He is famous for his catchphrase “Soon” in regards to questions from the community about updates or other information concerning release dates.
