Earlier today, YouTube user aryoksini uploaded a video that sparked some interest. In the video, fans get to see Mario in a whole new enviornment – literally. Viewers can watch Mario wahoo around the HD enviornments of the Unreal 4 engine.

As strange as it is to see Mario in these enviornments, it is still a wonderful treat for fans! It’s an interesting contrast to see Mario in such hyper-realistic settings. The animations were all created from scratch and are pre-scripted by aryoksini. It’ll be interesting to see what else aryoksini has in store for us in the future.

Aryoksini has been working on a Super Mario 64 remake for awhile now. Videos of its developement are also uploaded on his YouTube channel, check them out!
