Attack On Titan: Humanity In Chains Release Date, Price, And More

Atlus reveals Attack on Titan's release date, price, availability, and more.
This article is over 9 years old and may contain outdated information

Atlus has finally given us a solid release date for Attack on Titan: Humanity in Chains: May 12 in North America. US customers can expect the game to show up on the Nintendo eShop for only $39.99. However, due to copyright issues, the EU version of the game will be renamed to Shingeki no Kyojin: Humanity in Chains and is being delayed until further notice.

Something else exciting in addition to this news is the reveal of an exclusive 3DS theme that will only be available to people who purchase the game.

Along with all this new information, there’s also a new trailer for the game. We can now assume that the game will follow the story of the first season of Attack on Titan, because we’ll be able to play characters such as Eren, Mikasa, Armin, and Levi.

The gameplay itself looks like it will have a good amount of quicktime events as you swing around titans to kill them. The style reminds me of Monster Hunter, but much more mobile. I look forward to seeing how the first Attack on Titan that hits western shores turns out.
