At Bethesda’s E3 conference, they announced that Fallout Shelter will be getting an update next month. Update 1.6 will feature a new combat system, in which you can directly control your vault dweller’s attacks. You will be able to play a mini game for an extra critical hit.
Quests are also coming in the new update as well. You can now travel to new locations in your game including abandoned buildings, vaults, and even some Fallout 4 locations, like Red Rocket Fuel Stop. You have the freedom to assemble your own groups for these ventures as well. Once you get to the new locations, you can uncover loot, fight new enemies, and defeat bosses.
More than 50 million people have played Fallout Shelter. Since the game was released, Bethesda has added pets, crafting, scraping, additional rooms, characters, and special customization’s to the game. Now they will be adding even more content, with 1.6 being their biggest update yet.
Bethesda also announced that they are bringing Fallout Shelter to PC. It will include everything that the mobile version of the game has, including the new update. It will be available to download from Bethesda’s official website soon. Keep a look out for more details as the time for this draws closer.
