The highly anticipated Battleborn launched in select cities yesterday and around the world today, May 3rd, on all platforms. Battleborn is an online first-person shooter video game developed by Gearbox Software and published by 2K Games for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

With 25 over the top heroes to choose from, ranging from crafty spymasters to a penguin in a mech suit, Battleborn seems to have something for everyone. From the creators of Borderlands, Battleborn is filled with some of the same humor and over-the-top abilities. Five more heroes will hit shortly after launch – completely FREE – for all platforms, bringing the total roster to 30! In addition, competitive multiplayer modes, maps, balance updates, and community features will also be free.

Battleborn can be purchased for $59.99 for the standard edition or $79.99 for the digital deluxe edition that comes with taunts, legendary gear packs, and more. If you happen to be an Amazon Prime member, you can receive 20% off the game via Amazon’s website.
