DarkStalkers Ressurection is just over a month away from release in Japan, and I don’t think I could be any more excited to see the franchise getting some love. Two new videos introducing headline characters Morrigan and Demitri have made their way to the internet, showing their combo moves and filling me with a warm, fuzzy feeling.

Capcom has confirmed Darkstalkers Resurrection will be seeing a North American release early this year, and some reports even claimed the release would be on March 14 — the same date as the Japanese release.

Newcomers and old fans of the series will find a lot to love in the upcoming release. Online tournament and spectator modes have been confirmed, as have several viewing modes for an authentic experience.

The Darkstalkers Resurrection contains both The Night Warriors: Darkstalkers Revenge and Darkstalkers 3, both of which being big fan favorites. Reportedly, the game will be available on the PlayStation Network for $14.99 and the Xbox Live Arcade for 1,200 Microsoft Points. Fingers crossed for a Match 14 North American release.
