In 2014 Blizzard made a big push to improve Diablo 3 with patches and the Reaper of Souls expansion. These additions to the game introduced the “Loot 2.0” system, closed the auction house, added “Adventure Mode” and delivered the kind of dark and dreary environments players had enjoyed in the previous games. Reaper of Souls also increased the level cap to 70, added a new character class, the crusader, and added new skills to every other class. Blizzard’s efforts payed off, and almost everyone welcomed the additions with open arms.

Not every person playing Diablo 3 had access to this new content and console owners of Diablo 3 have been missing out on the Reaper of Souls expansion until now. Diablo 3: Ultimate Evil Edition will bring the full game, including Reaper of Souls along with all patches and updates to the PS4, Xbox One, PS3, and Xbox 360 this August. Characters made on the Xbox 360 version of the game will also be transferable to the Xbox One version.
