DiRT 3 is the third entry of Colin McRae’s DiRT rally video game series with significant improvements from the previous edition. The game includes new rally tracks across 3 continents, from the forests of Michigan to the famous roads of Finland, and the national parks of Kenya. Competitive racers can find themselves suitable in modes like Rallycross, Trailblazer and Land Rush.

DiRT 3 also features the all-new Gymkhana mode, inspired by Ken Block’s freestyle driving event. The game is powered by Codemasters’ EGO Engine with stunning DirectX 11 effects like water and cloth tessellation. At first, DiRT 3 was released using the now-defunct Games for Windows Live. On 1st April 2015, Codemasters re-released the game with Steamworks as a replacement.
