The International 2015 Dota 2 Championship has finally started with the Wild Card bracket. All wild card teams already showed what the whole TI5 feels like: complex strategies, unusual drafts, and unique plays.
CDEC is the first to claim the Wild Card #1 spot beating Vega in 2-1 in the first round and stomped MvP.Phoenix in 2-0 run. CDEC shows itself on the verge of losing in all of their games but with solid plays and teamwork, the team earned the Group B Wild Card #1 spot.
While on the other side, Archon is the first team to say goodbye in The International 2015. They had a highlight epic base race with MvP.Phoenix but lost 2-1. Archon stumbles and lost their morale in the losing bracket and got dominated by Vega 2-0.
While winning the breath-taking best of 3 series with Archon, in the second round, the South Korean team is in danger of ending the million dollar dream when they lose with CDEC, sending them on to the losers bracket forcing them to battle with Vega.
The first game of best of 3 series is a hard time for MvP.Phoenix losing the first game to fan favorite Vega. On the second round, MvP.Phoenix again had a furious base race with 57 minutes of extreme Dota. In a “Do or Die” situation, MvP.Phoenix outsmarted the Russian team with their draft securing the Group A Wild Card spot.
