End of Nations: Reborn into a MOBA RTS

Trion has made the decision to remake End of Nations is a MOBA RTS.
This article is over 11 years old and may contain outdated information

A new game that is being published by Trion has had a little change recently. End of Nations was more of a straightforward online RTS, but Trion decided to make it into a “tactical” Multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA). The way things were in-game, it makes perfect sense to change it in that direction. Even the homepage makes a simple explanation to keep things clear:

“End of Nations® is a tactical MOBA where your success on the battlefield depends on the heroes and units you command and quick decision making in the heat of combat. Dominate during team-based matches and catapult your commander to the top of the ranks.”

As a natural change, creating a tactical MOBA of End of Nations works out because of its previous life had multiple map options, starting from 1v1 and up. Players were engaging in team-based options, destroying towers and bases, collecting supplies, and deploying units in EoN. Possibly progression still exists in EoN with some sort of command role as the description above states.

Among the highlights were End of Nations’s units and Armory from the original version of the game. So maybe a “tactical” MOBA does have potential. However, there are still questions about how the game will be developed to fit into the new change. How many players will play on one side? How many players can be commanders on a team? What kind of map modes will there be?

Trion is taking in new beta sign ups once more at there main website of End of Nations here. Got any questions or comments? Leave them below.
