With Fallout 4 almost here, Bethesda is putting the last touches on the massive game. As of now, it’s being sent to the ratings classification boards for final judgement, and so far hasn’t been altered

Pete Hines, Bethesda’s Marketing Executive responded to a fan tweet asking if Fallout 4 has been censored differently in any other countries, to which he responded it has not. Australia has a large history of censoring games differently and more heavily than in the United States and other countries. 

Fallout 4 getting a Mature rating seems likely. The previous two titles, Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas where both rated M for strong violence, gore, language and some sexual content. It’s also safe to assume whatever restrictions other territories had with other Fallout games may opt for them again.

Fallout 4 is scheduled to drop on November 10th for the PS4, Xbox One and PC. Currently, a DLC pass is available for the price of $30 but Bethesda isn’t sure what it will include yet
