Fallout Shelter‘s newest update adds item scrapping, wider customization options, and 3D Touch support for iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus users, according to Bethesda’s blog update earlier today.
Update 1.5 adds new customization options for vault dwellers that players can find by heading to the barbershop. Players can also find new civilian outfits for their dwellers in lunchboxes or through crafting. With the new options available, dwellers can now be made to appear as Ghouls.
Additionally, users can scrap unwanted items into junk – giving players more room to craft the new gear for their dwellers.
For those using an iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus, 3D Touch controls are now implemented to skip the main menu by loading straight to the vaults. 3D Touch controls can also be used to assign dwellers to different rooms and for the storage room as well.
Fallout Shelter is the first mobile game created by Bethesda and is free to download for iOS and Android. The vault management game’s previous update added crafting and junk collecting.
More updates are said to come in the future.
