Rev up your iOS device if you haven’t tried Telltale’s The Walking Dead yet — Episode One: A New Day is free on the App Store for a limited time.
There are two types of gamers: Those that have never played The Walking Dead, and those love it. Telltale’s pseudo-adventure game is more story than gameplay, but the events and characters stick with you long after you’ve played each episode. I personally highly recommend it.
iOS users will be able to head to the App Store now and pick up Episode One for free. If you like the game and want to see what happens next, Telltale is offering a bundle of episodes 2 through 5 for $14.99 in total.
This is just one free game among other Telltale titles that are currently on sale for $0.99. Back to the Future, Sam & Max Season 2, and their Monkey Island games are also on sale for the time being, among others.
The sale on Telltale titles will be going on until New Years, so get The Walking Dead: A New Day for free while you can.
