The Kombat Kast, played on April 23rd, unfortunately revealed no gameplay footage of Jason Voorhees. We know that he will be available on May 5th for those who have purchased the $30 Kombat Pack DLC collection. For the gamers who haven’t invested in that pack, there will be a one week wait. The price has not been revealed yet.

And if you’re still hesitating on whether or not to get a hold of Jason to slash at other Mortal Kombat characters, an upcoming Kombat Kast on May 4th, just before his release, will have more info about Jason.

Kombat Pack Season Pass

The Mortal Kombat X Kombat Pack includes four DLC packs, which will be released throughout the year. The Ultimate Horror Pack that includes Jason Voorhees, also contains horror-themed skins for three characters. Be prepared for Vampiress Mileena, Kraken Reptile and Pharaoh Ermac

NetherRealm’s Ed Boon also confirmed the possibility of taking the DLC characters out for a test run, so at least you get to know what you’re dealing with.
