Things have been quiet for a while on the contest front with Riot Games and League of Legends.  For those summoners out there who have been waiting for their next chance to stretch their creativity, wait no more!  We have a new art contest for prospective masterpieces to emerge from.

As always, the contest involves drawing one or more champions within a theme, with the theme this time being the Fourth of July and Canada Day.  Artists looking to win must draw at least one champion celebrating one of these two holidays.  Guidelines are simple and familiar.

Keep your art family-friendly, with nothing more adult than a teen rating would allow.  The formal announcement takes extra care to point out this means being careful with alchohol references given some of the normal pasttimes involved in the relevant holidays.  Artistic summoners should also be careful to ensure they do not include any product labels in their image.  Just generic cola or vehicles, in other words.

The contest will have ten grand prize winners and ten honorable mentions.  The grand prize is a collection of nine skins including a legendary (Brolaf) and several limited edition skins (like The Mighty Jax) as well as 10,000 RP.  The honorable mentions will miss out on the RP, but will still get the skins to show off their creative prowess on the fields of justice.
