Europe has been home to many gaming and eSports events, like IEM and Dreamhack. Europe had also been home to the very first World Championship for League of Legends back in 2011 taking place during Dreamhack in Sweden, as well as 2014’s All-Star Tournament in Paris, France. It is now home to NA’s sister LCS, the EU LCS, Europe’s League of Legends Championship Series.

Following Worlds 2014’s footsteps (and its massive success), Riot has decided to split up the various stages of the Championship over several cities and countries. Worlds 2015 will take place all over Europe, having players play in various venues against world-class teams.

Which venues, cities and countries that the 2015 Championship is still up in the air. Riot Games is still working out the nitty-gritty details but will release them over the LCS Spring season.
