The Secret Lair Drop Series is set to go live once again, offering Magic: The Gathering fans a (very) small chance to order unique cards not available in any other set. This time around, the limited-time set is called Year Of The Rat and will go for $39.99 on January 27.

That will be the one and only day these cards can be ordered. This particular collection is based around utilizing art that never made it into other sets for one reason or another.

Four artists all give their renditions of rodent-themed cards with diverging art styles. Year Of The Rat features eight foil cards, as well as a special sleeve, and it will be printed on-demand based on the number of orders received.

Head over here and sign up to be notified when the sale goes live, or just return to the site on January 27 to place your order. Remember: this is a 24-hour only event! The series goes live at 9 a.m. PT on January 27, and it ends at 9 a.m. PT on January 28.
