Nintendo has announced that they will first release Mario and Sonic Olympics on the Nintendo 3DS March 18th, but they will release it later for the Wii U. Even though this title is not one of Nintendo’s more successful ones, it looks as if it is becoming another one of their traditions.

Now, for the games themselves. Not all games included on the Wii U will be on the 3DS, although there will be a large selection of events to partake in on both systems. Events such as table tennis and football will be playable on the 3DS. Other events like rugby and beach volleyball will be on the Wii U. Either way, both systems will have many events from the Olympics for players to immerse themselves in.
