Fans of the much-hyped exploration game No Man’s Sky and who play on PC will be pleased to know that mods are slowly becoming available. Many of them can be found here and range from texture packs to removing fog and anything else one could think necessary for exploring the vastness of space.

The website called nomansskymods.com hosts the variety of mods and provides tutorials on how to install the mods into your game. For the time being, mods are only available on PC and no word has surfaced on whether mods will come to consoles.

This video shows exactly how PC players of No Man’s Sky can add the massive variety of mods to their own games so it would be very useful to watch this first before digging into the game files on your own. With the sheer variety of mods available so far, there is bound to be something you’ll be able to add to your own space explorations.

An example of some of the mods include “No Shadows” (improves performance), “Blind Mode” (play the game in complete darkness) and much more. What are your thoughts on mods for No Man’s Sky? Which ones have you already tried? Let me know your thoughts in the comments!
