Some interesting news has leaked out of Saints’ Row IV developer, Volition in the form of two new DLC packages! Bringing grand total of DLC packs up to six (seven if you count the season pass).
The first pack called GATV is supposedly a parody of the soon to be released GTA V and will feature exclusive Johnny Gat themed clothing customizations, hair styles and weapons, including something called a knifegun!

The next DLC pack is allegedly called the Wild West Weapon Pack, and will as the name implies, feature weapons from the Wild, Wild West. Little is known about either package as Volition has not officially announced either DLC. Whether or not they will be included in the Saints’ Row IV season pass is unknown. Pricing information and release dates will hopefully be announced by Volition some time soon.
Hopefully the new DLC packs will live up to the hype. Personally I felt that the current DLC was pretty lacking, consisting of cosmetic enhancements and a handful of weapons and vehicles I really want some solid missions and additional story thank you very much. Unfortunately based on what we know so far it looks like the next round of DLC will be just as hollow.
