Pokemon GO Field Test Sign-Ups Now Available for North America

The moment many people have been waiting for is almost here. The Pokemon GO field test sign-ups are now available for residents of North America!

All you have to do is:

• Click “Sign Up Here” on their website.
• Enter your gmail or google account.
• Select either iOS or android, then click “Submit”.
• Optionally, you can input your Ingress Agent Name and Level if you played it.

The field test is a private one, so you will have to get invited to it. Everything is also confidential, so you can’t talk about it on social media, post videos, or anything else related to the field test.

You must have an iOS or android device to play the field test and playability is not guaranteed on all devices.

The selection process is affected by multiple factors, including type of operating system, prior experience in real world games such as Ingress, and some luck. Confirmation will not be resent, so make sure you don’t accidentally delete it or enter an invalid email.

Finally, there will be multiple wipes during the field test and nothing you get will carry over to the full version when it launches later this year.

I’m sure I’m not alone when I say that the hype is real for this. We don’t know exactly how it will end up, but the foundation is there for an incredible experience for fans of Pokemon.

All many of us want is an authentic experience where we literally “travel across the land and search for and wide” for Pokemon. I can also see people wanting to leave the house more and explore, which is always a good thing.
