Boston will be hosting the 2015 Pokemon World Championship from 21st to the 23rd of this month. The John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center will be packed with the world’s best Pokemon Trading Card Game as well as Pokemon video game players.

Players from 30 different countries will be competing for the title “Pokemon world Champion” as well as a share of more than half a million dollars in scholarship money and prizes. This is four times the amount from last year. Each Pokémon Video Game World Champion will receive $10,000 scholarship, and each Pokémon TCG World Champion will receive a $25,000 scholarship.

Anyone and everyone is invited to watch the magic at the official website or on Twitch. Don’t forget to see this year’s World Championship Pikachu plushie!
