Pokemon GO has been nothing but a story of success for Nintendo so far. Right now the game is currently available in Australia, New Zealand, and the United States, receiving nothing but praise from its users. Unfortunately, due to server issues during the roll out phase last week it may take some more time before other countries get access to the game. While some are able to get APKs to play the game, the delay has left most players waiting until the game is available via Google Play Store and the iOS App Store.
Unfortunately, the Google Play and App Stores don’t have automatic alerts for when an app is released. While they typically offer a pre-register phase for apps, it seems that Niantic has not allowed this for Pokemon GO as of yet.
Thankfully, an online app submitted to Product Hunt by Joshua Jansen offers a service that will send a notification straight to your e-mail once Pokemon GO arrives in your region. By simply searching for your country on this website, you will get an e-mail the second that the game is available for your region. There has been word spreading around that Niantic is looking to resume their rollout schedule later this week, so signing up now is your best way to make sure you get it installed as soon as possible!
