Satisfying Ending for Assassin’s Creed IV?

For those of you who haven’t played the Assassin’s Creed series, they’re known for their cliff-hanger endings, that make us gamers angry and wanting more. They can be some-what disappointing in their lack of explanation and coherency.

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag is due to set during the Golden Age of Piracy in the 1700s, with the main character being Edward Kenway. This game is a great build off of Assassin’s Creed III, with the naval missions controlling the Jackdaw.

As expected, Edward Kenway will travel across the sea with his crew, fighting malicious vessels along the way and finding sunken treasure. Also seen in many games will be upgrades available for the ship, to fight more difficult ships.

After reading a bit of an explanation of the game, how crazy could the ending really be? Darby McDevitt tweeted explaining that,

“AC4BF will definitely have a satisfying ending, but we always leave room for more. So yes, expect at least a small cliff ha-,”

Well my fellow Assassin’s Creed lovers, we are in for a rollercoaster yet again with an ending. Lets hold on tight for the October release, (November in Europe) and hope for the best!
