I was glued to Steam at, like, midnight last night looking for this, to no avail.
Patience, grasshopper. Patience.
The Steam Holiday Sale is now a go! And so is Steam’s assault on my poor, poor wallet.
Prices for Scribblenauts Unlimited, Mirror’s Edge, Wargame: European Escalation, and the Hitman, Prince of Persia, and Borderlands franchises are all slashed. Hitman: Absolution is a cool $25. Borderlands 2 is at $30. DLC and Skin Packs are going to cheap, too.
Publisher packs from THQ, Bethesda, Valve, and Ubisoft, among others, are on sale as well. Price points range from $25 for THQ’s pack to $90 for packs from Ubisoft, Square Enix, 2K, and Bethesda.
The sale hasn’t forsaken indie games. Titles like Hotline Miami, Terraria, and BIT.TRIP BEAT are also easier to pick up.
If none of these tickle your fancy, vote for the next game to go on sale. Choices are The Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition, Limbo, and Braid.
The sale runs until January 5.
