As esports’ popularity rises, it’s great to see that the action-packed fighting game, Brawlhalla, is holding its second World Tournament this upcoming weekend. For three days, starting November 3, players from across the world will be battling it out for supremacy on the global stage and $100,000 in prize money.
Held in Atlanta, Georgia, at the Cobb Galleria, the tournament will include 1v1 and 2v2 brackets both of which featured open registration. Now that open registration is over, we’re winding down to the top 32 players who are anxiously looking forward to their chance at the World Championship. It’s not all about the prize money though, as some of the competitors are also participating in a special event competition: the 2v1 combo contest.
For a game that just had its full release within the past month, things are already pretty intense. If you’re able to make it out to Atlanta, I’d recommend stopping by to see the competition for yourself.
If you’re not able to make it, check out the Brawlhalla stream on Twitch.
