Perhaps the most frightening faction for Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines 2 has revealed itself. The Unseen is a group of terrifying Nosferatu living underneath Seattle’s streets. Living in the underground, they are a “stark contrast to the city’s other factions.”

Unfortunately, we don’t yet have any actual screens or video of the Nosferatu in action. However, the image at the top of this article is enough to send a shiver down anyone’s spine.

According to the game’s developer, Paradox Interactive, “The Clan of the Hidden has long been excluded by Seattle’s other vampires. So, the Unseen began among the homeless and destitute  the unfortunates that most people [sic] wilfully or subconsciously ignore.”

The Unseen are specializes in gathering intelligence and the art of deception. They are the “little birds” of the Bloodlines 2 universe, it seems. Of those that call The Unseen their brethren are journalists, hackers, and engineers.

From the sound of things, these Nosferatu will be hard to find but well worth seeking out, though they are certainly considered very dangerous. Per Paradox, “The Unseen are always lurking in the shadows — and most every other vampire in the city is content to leave them there…”

Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines 2 is set to launch on PC, PS4, and Xbox One sometime in 2020. Head over to our pre-order guide to secure your copy now.
