Mario and friends meet Minecraft in the official Super Mario Mash-Up Pack for the Wii U edition of the popular voxel-based game. The Super Mario Mash-Up Pack features many new features for Minecraft including 40 Super Mario themed skins, world and item textures from Nintendo’s world famous franchise, new blocks, and 15 music tracks from the Nintendo 64 classic Super Mario 64.

Content for this Super Mario themed pack draws heavily from the 3D Super Mario games, with the key games in question being Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine. It also takes some elements from the NES and Super Nintendo era of Super Mario games, making this a must-have pack for fans of both Minecraft and Mario.
If you’re worried about the price, there’s no need. Those who have purchased Minecraft: Wii U Edition will receive the official pack as a free game update. This will include all the new skins, a Super Mario themed pre-made world map, and all the Super Mario music and item textures. Those who purchase the retail version of Minecraft: Wii U Edition will also receive this pack on-disk for free when it launches on June 17th, 2016.
Remember, the Super Mario Mash-Up Pack is exclusive to the Wii U version of the game. However, the Elder Scrolls, and Mass Effect official packs are available on all platforms.
