Mario Kart Wii

An oldie but goodie game, Mario Kart Wii!
This article is over 11 years old and may contain outdated information

I know this game is semi-old, but a classic! I have to say, this game is one of my favorite Mario Karts, and that’s saying something since I completely love Mario Kart 64.

The only thing that I find faulty about the game is using the Wii-mote with the wheel. I’ve tried using that many times and can never get it to work. Maybe it’s just me, but I prefer the classic GameCube controller.

One of the great features about it includes the online playing. I love doing this when I’m not hanging out with my friends, goofing off hitting each other with red and blue turtle shells. If only they had this ability on the Nintendo 64. Oh and did I mention, you can use a bike? Now that’s just amazing. I prefer the bike 9/10 times, finding it easier to maneuver.

I haven’t had the pleasure of purchasing a Nintendo 3DS for myself and testing out the new Mario Kart, but my friends say it’s a fantastic game. Not only do the new race tracks bring in appeal, but using the glider of the kart is amazing!

Well done Nintendo, I can’t wait to see what new Mario Kart you come up with!
