Uber Lilith Loot

As the first “uber” boss in Diablo 4, Uber Lilith is the strongest version of the game’s antagonist there is. Unfortunately, the loot she drops doesn’t quite make the same impact. Killing her subsequent times results in potions dropping, but no additional loot.

  • Blood Liquid Mount
  • Random Legendary x2
  • “Doom” and “Lilith’s” titles

Those are all the loot drops for uber bosses in Diablo 4. For more on uber unique items, farming tactics, or how to summon endgame bosses, check out our comprehensive guide hub.
