Desert Flannel is a 5-star support character with the Beast affiliation in Reverse 1999. Although she falls behind in a mixed team, she shines in a mono-beast lineup. It makes her one of the best supports and healers in that category. In this guide, I’ll show you the best Desert Flannel Build in Reverse 1999.

Reverse 1999: Best Desert Flannel Build

Desert Flannel’s main goal is to use her Ultimate to heal and buff the entire team, and she has a pretty good counter-attack. Here are her skills:

  • Mixed Doubles! – [Attack]1-target attack. Deals 180% Reality DMG. When in [Pos. Status] or [Counter] status, this attack gains Critical Rate +25% and Critical DMG +25%.
  • Level 2 – [Attack]1-target attack. Deals 270% Reality DMG. When in [Pos. Status] or [Counter] status, this attack gains Critical Rate +25% and Critical DMG +25%.
  • Level 3 – [Attack]1-target attack. Deals 450% Reality DMG. When in [Pos. Status] or [Counter] status, this attack gains Critical Rate +25% and Critical DMG +25%.
  • The Only Family – [Counter]Self counter. Grants 1 stack of [Plappy] and 1 stack [Power Burst].
  • Level 2 – [Counter]Self counter. Grants 2 stack of [Plappy] and 1 stack [Power Burst].
  • Level 3 – [Counter]Self counter. Grants 3 stack of [Plappy] and 2 stack [Power Burst].
  • Beep Beep Bop Bop, Playpp! (Ultimate) – Mass Healing. HP +(the user’s ATK x100%) for all allies. Grants 2 stacks of [Power Burst] to all allies, and 2 stacks of [Aura of Might] to allied Beast Afflatus characters.

Best Psychube for Desert Flannel

“Her Second Life” is the best Psychube for Desert Flannel. This allows her to mass heal allies for an additional HP+(the carrier’s ATK x32%) when she uses her mass Ultimate. With Desert Flannel’s Ultimate already casting a mass heal, it makes her one of the best healers for a Beast-themed team.

Best Team Composition for Desert Flannel

Desert Flannel works best on a mono-Beast team since her ultimate gives other Beast allies a DMG and Incantation Might Boost. I recommend including Centurion on the team since she is one of the strongest attackers in the game and can single-handedly take out waves of enemies.

Melania is another strong Beast attacker who specializes in Mental DMG. This allows you to take on almost any enemy with ease, while Desert Flannel focuses on healing the other two teammates.

How to Use Desert Flannel

Desert Flannel is best as a healing/ supporting role. The main goal is to use her Ultimate, Beep Beep Bop Bop Playpp!, which is a mass heal that also buffs your other Beast-affiliated teammates. When Paired with the “Her Second Life” Psychube, she’ll be able to almost fully heal your team every time.

When her Ultimate isn’t available, using The Only Family, a self-counter, will keep her alive. As a plus, desert Flannel can also gain a lot of Moxie when she’s on a mono-beast team.
