How to Start the Daughter of the Oak Quest
First things first, you’ll need to complete the Tur Dulra Stronghold. Afterward, you can pick up the quest from Keeper Albard near the large tree on the northeast side of Cerrigar.
Once you’ve got the quest, you’ll need to travel back to Tur Dulra to take a Root Cutting from the Underroot. The Underroot is actually a dungeon on the lower west level of Tur Dulra, and the location will be marked on your main map.
Root Cutting Location
I found the Root Cutting on the left side of the first fork in the Underroot dungeon. You’ll stumble upon some chests in the area, one of which is a Cursed Chest that will spawn a wave of enemies to fight.
To gather the Root Cutting, interact with the large root on the northwest wall. You’ll see a “Clean Roots” option, and after doing so, the Root Cutting will drop as loot. Return to Keeper Albard in Cerrigar once you’ve collected the Cutting.
Talk to Albard once more, and the quest will be completed. Your reward for completing Daughter of the Oak is an item cache, gold and XP tailored to your level, +20 Scosglen renown.
