The Diablo 4 Fury Against Fate Bug can keep you from finishing the mission and reaping the rewards for your efforts. You’ve already assisted Chief Ealda and rallied the troops, but when you go to complete the final leg of the quest, you find Ealda doesn’t follow you. What is the Fury Against Fate Bug? Explained

The Diablo 4 Fury Against Fate bug is a bit random. It sometimes occurs during Fury Against Fate because the warriors led by Ealda don’t end up following you deeper into Wasting Hollow. The war band will stay put at the entrance of the dungeon, leaving you to clear through waves of cannibals yourself. While not the biggest inconvenience, the issue is that the quest won’t progress beyond that.

How to Fix the Fury Against Fate Bug in Diablo 4

Can you fix the Fury Against Fate bug in Diablo 4? Yes! There are a couple of options when it comes to fixing the bug during the quest.

  • Complete a local event: This has been the most effective method to get Fury Against Fate working again. Finish an event near the dungeon, then head back into it. Ealda and the warriors should trigger now.
  • Log out and back in: While I haven’t tried this myself, I’ve seen plenty of reports that say reloading Diablo 4 fixes the bug sometimes.
  • Change World Tier: Heading back to World Tier 1 can get the quest going again.
  • Cancel the Quest: If the above solutions fail, cancel the quest via your journal, and restart it at the Crane Tribe settlement.
  • Reach out to Support: If everything else failed, be sure to post on the official Diablo 4 forums to report the bug. Hopefully, the team will be able to find a permanent solution quickly.
