The Diablo 4 Hulking Aspect is something that Necromancer players should be on the lookout for. It bolsters the capabilities of Golems, a minion that the class can summon after completing the Call of the Underworld quest. Our Diablo 4 Hulking Aspect guide outlines this perk’s effects, as well as how to complete the Sepulcher of the Forsworn dungeon.
How to Get Hulking Aspect in Diablo 4
Sepulcher of the Forsworn Location
The Diablo 4 Hulking Aspect comes from the Sepulcher of the Forsworn dungeon. You won’t have access to this location right from the get-go. That’s because you still need to clear the Altar of Ruin Stronghold in the northwestern portion of Kehjistan. Once you’ve done that, the dungeon entrance will appear on your map.
Collect Animus from Animus Carriers
Upon entering, you’ll have to collect Animus (i.e., small purple motes/fire orbs) from specific enemies. In this particular dungeon, the mobs I fought were mostly Oppressor demons. After defeating them, I simply picked up the Animus orbs that they dropped. Then, at the end of the corridor, I deposited these in an urn.
Activate the Levers and Destroy the Demonic Corruption
In the next area, you’ll have to defeat more creatures before you can activate two levers. Once you’re done with that, the next section has two Demonic Corruption nodes, which look like black pillars with jagged edges. They tend to be surrounded by elites, too.
How to Beat the Sepulcher of the Forsworn Boss: Seething Hivemaster
Upon completing the objectives, it’s time to fight the Diablo 4 Sepulcher of the Forsworn boss, the Seething Hivemaster. It looks a bit like a giant Skitterer or Thresher, which means it will hop around to hit you. Moreover, it has the Quicksand ability, which creates multiple circles on the ground. Avoid these since they’ll slowly sap your health while also slowing down your movement speed.
Hulking Aspect Reward and Effects
With the boss defeated, you’ll receive the Diablo 4 Hulking Aspect for the Necromancer. It has the following effect: “Your Golem has a 1% chance to reduce its active cooldown by two seconds, and a 1% chance to spawn a corpse each time it damages an enemy with its normal attack.”
It’s also worth noting that this aspect will appear in your Codex of Power, which means you can use it indefinitely as long as you have the required materials for a particular item slot. However, the perk can also appear as an affix in random legendary items. In these instances, their rolls might also be higher.
And that’s it. That’s everything you need to know about getting the Necromancer’s Hulking Aspect in Diablo 4. For more tips, walkthroughs, and strategies, our Diablo 4 tips hub has you covered.
