For those in need of a horse to get around Sanctuary, the Primal Instinct Mount is one of the fanciest. Featuring black and gray zebra stripping with red markings, you’ll be the envy of other players. Here’s how to get the Primal Instinct Mount in Diablo 4.

How to Earn the Primal Instinct Mount Twitch Drop

As a Twitch Drop exclusive, you’ll only be able to get the Primal Instinct Mount through Twitch. First, you’ll link your Battle.net account with your Twitch account. If you haven’t done so already or can’t remember if you did already, you can connect your account via the Diablo 4 Twitch Drops Campaign page.

Once you’re connected, you can get the Primal Instinct Mount by gifting two subs to a participating streamer as part of Blizzard’s Support a Streamer. The list is quite long and features streamers who’ve enabled Drops on their channel, so you should be able to find a channel you enjoy. Check to see if streamers you already follow are on the list, as well. I’ve got a couple friends who’re listed — much to my surprise due to their smaller channel size.

How to Claim the Diablo 4 Primal Instinct Mount Twitch Drop

After you’ve gifted the two subs, return to the Twitch Drops page to claim your Primal Instinct Mount. It will be sent to your game, where you can get it at a stable like you would when buying a mount. Enjoy galloping around Sanctuary in style.
