Elex 2: Trainer Locations and Abilities

Skill trainers make the world go ’round in any game that’s got them, and Elex 2 is certainly no exception to the rule. There aren’t too many trainers to be found in Elex 2, but you’ll want to take the time to seek them out to improve your skills.

Each skill in Elex 2 costs Skill Points. Skill Points are in tall order and don’t come for free. You’ll get one Skill Point per level up, but that’ll grant nowhere near enough in the long run. They also come from Large Elex Potions, which can be found on your travels but can also be crafted if you have Chemistry 3.

Trainer Locations in Elex 2

Bastion Trainers

Bastion is home to a lot of the Berserker characters in Elex 2. It’s a pretty big city, but it’s one of the ones that are a bit easier to navigate. It’s home to four main ability trainers.

Hunting Master Rolf in Bastion teaches:

• Ranged Weapons
• Energy Master
• Projectile Master
• Powder Master
• Ranged Weapons Specialist
• Sixth Sense
• Lone Wolf
• Animal Trophies

Gardok near Bastion and Rolf teaches:

• Lock Picking
• Locksmith
• Mining

Smith, first near Carakis Old World Heart then Bastion later, teaches:

• Build Weapons
• Gemstone Socket
• Create Ammunition
• Build Grenades

Thialg, first near Carakis Old World Heart then Bastion later, teaches:

• Melee Weapons
• Melee Weapons Specialist
• Backstab, Grenades

Fort Trainers

Ah, the Fort. Where the snootier Berserkers live in Elex 2. Don’t go into that upper fort ‘lest you get stopped by a guard – and no, the bribes don’t work. I learned the hard way.

Chloe in the Fort teaches:

The Doorman in Chloe’s Bar at the Fort teaches:

Tjark at the Claw hideout in the Fort teaches:

Tilas in the Fort teaches:

Crater Trainer

Mick is found at the bar in the crater and can teach you the following skills:

Castle Trainers

The Castle is home to the Cleric faction. You can learn some of the less combat-oriented skills in the game from the trainers here.

Vivian in the Castle teaches:

Depot Trainers

The Depot is home to the Albs and their trainers in Elex 2. If you’re into cold humans that work with robots, these guys are for you!

Alzea in the Depot teaches:

Grotto Trainers

Blood for the blood god! Skulls for the skull throne! Oh wait, wrong game. Just a similar aesthetic. Morkons call the Grotto home. You’ll find Atilla, their trainer, here.
