An Artist Adrift is a quest in Genshin Impact. Added as part of the version 3.6 update, you have to aid a creative soul who may have lost his way. Here’s our guide to help you complete An Artist Adrift.
How to Complete An Artist Adrift in Genshin Impact
An Artist Adrift becomes available as you’re doing the Khvarena of Good and Evil quest chain. This is a multi-stage quest which requires you to wait for a daily reset just to reach the next part.
An Artist Adrift: Day 1
You’ll find the artist, Julien, sitting in a cavern. If you weren’t able to go there the first time around, your best bet is to use the teleporter north of Asipattravana Swamp. From there, glide down to the lower plateau and follow the narrow path that leads to Samudra Coast. You’ll see a crevice that takes you to the cavern.
Talk to Julien and he’ll ask you to check his luggage near the coast. Another marked spot will appear, where you’ll meet a dog named Pepper. Return to Julien to complete this task.
An Artist Adrift: Day 2
On the next daily reset, you’ll find Julien in the cavern once more. Defeat the enemies around him, and head back inside the tunnel. You’ll notice glowing symbols near Hilichurl enemies, which represent clues on where to find his canvas.
Eventually you’ll reach the end of the tunnels. You’ll see Pepper again, and you’ll be able to pick up the canvas afterward.
An Artist Adrift: Day 3
Finally, Julien will ask you to go to Vourukasha Oasis. There will be a time trial challenge here where you’ll have to use grapple points and bouncy mushrooms to reach the destination. The timer is fairly generous (i.e., five minutes), so you don’t need to worry about it too much.
After this, you’re tasked with showing the artist a beautiful sight. Activate Sorush and glide around the flower field. This will cause new flowers to bloom. Likewise, you should float and touch all the small green orbs in the area. Julien will marvel at the sight, and he’ll be at a loss for words.
And that’s it, that’s how you complete An Artist Adrift in Genshin Impact. Truth be told, it’s the waiting time for each daily reset that’s the biggest hassle. In any case, you can learn more about Genshin Impact in our guides hub.
