Like several other quests, there are some bugs that you can encounter, and they end up preventing the completion of the quest. Creeping Through Corridors requires you to investigate the Eastern Stockpile, Central Warehouse, and First Ascended’s Prison, which is circled on the map above and your final destination. It’s the last location that’s causing the most issues. Unfortunately, there’s not a clear way to fix those issues. There are, however, several options you can try to bypass them.

Essentially, the main issues are either being unable to initiate the RP conversation when you arrive at the prison, or being unable to trigger the objective to complete after the RP conversation. Of course, these are equally frustrating problems to come across when you’re trying to finish the campaign quests. It seems that Blizzard is aware of these problems, but in the meantime, you can try these solutions.

First, leaving the building and entering again triggers the RP conversation if that was your issue. Otherwise, players have had luck fixing both problems by reloading their UI using the “/reloadui” command, or through logging out and back in. You can try reloading or relogging while inside the building, but it seems like players have had better luck solving the issue by leaving the building to do so, then entering again. Unfortunately, there’s a chance that none of these fixes will work, in which case you’ll want to put in a ticket with Blizzard.
