Immortal Eye is a powerful undead enemy that’s connected to one of the prophecies in LE. In my guide, I’ll provide you with tips on how to complete Immortal Eye Prophecy in Last Epoch, which can be done only in certain timelines.
Last Epoch: How to Complete Immortal Eye Prophecy
If you’ve encountered the “6 Deaths of Immortal Eyes” prophecies but can’t finish them, the reason is that you’re doing them on the wrong timelines. I discovered a number of correct timelines for these specific prohecies and enemies, which I describe below.
Another important thing that I need to mention is that Immortal Eyes look very similar to Immortal Watchers. But killing the latter doesn’t count for the prophecies, which may have caused some confusion in the gaming community.
Best Timelines to Complete Immortal Eye Prophecy
There are two specific timelines that you want to explore to complete the Immortal Eye Prophecy:
- Fallen Harbour at the Blood, Frost, and Death timeline.
- Echo Necropolis Caverns at the Fall of Outcasts timeline.
Some players have also noted that it’s possible to complete it at the Jagged Outskirts, but I myself haven’t been able to confirm it. So, I’d stick to the two timelines listed above.
How to Beat Immortal Eyes in Last Epoch
Once you get there, be aware of the Immortal Eye attacks and spells, such as:
- Soul Bolt hurls projectiles at the targets, dealing necrotic damage.
- Necrotic Self-Destruct starts with simple channeling and ends with a powerful explosion.
Note that Immortal Eyes use the Necrotic Self-Destruct ability when they lose a lot of health by crawling up to players. So once they do that, be sure to create some distance, or the damage may get to you. The only way to resist necrotic damage in Last Epoch is to utilize unique items, such as:
- Ornate Bone Idols
- Dreamthorn
- Grimoire of Necrotic Elixirs
- Isadora’s Tomb Binding
Once you have solid defense mechanisms against Immortal Eyes, I recommend focusing on destroying them using the following damage over time (DoT) Lich build:
- Main Class: Lich
- Main Weapon: Imbued Divine Sceptre of Static
- Armor and Gear:
- Glancing Blows
- Enduring Heoborean Boots of Regrowth
- Blighted Sunrise Emblem of Frost
- Lucid Burial Mask of the Oxe
- Active Skills:
- Hungering Souls
- Wandering Spirits
- Transplant
- Reaper Form
- Aura of Decay
My favorite ability here is the Reaper Form. I also consider it the most important one when dealing with Immortal Eyes, as it can significantly improve my healing abilities. The other good one is Transplant, which recovers both HP and mana and boosts your speed of movement. Finally, the entire stack of armor is specifically designed to withstand necrotic damage, so you’ll always be on the winning side when encountering Immortal Eyes.
