How to Complete Right Leg Depot in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK)

Here's our guide to help you complete the Right Leg Depot in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Right Leg Depot is one of four mini-dungeons found in the Construct Factory. You’ll visit this area as part of a main quest that occurs much later in the story campaign. Here’s our guide to help you complete the Right Leg Depot in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

How to Complete the Right Leg Depot in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

I recommend that you save the Right Leg Depot mini-dungeon for last. That’s because, compared to its counterparts, it’s a bit further away. Specifically, you’ll have to head to another Lightroot, before heading up a cliff and gliding toward the entrance to this facility.

Still, upon entering and activating the terminal, the entrance will close. You’ll need to come up with ideas to bring the container outside.

The first section itself shouldn’t cause any issues, since you simply need to place the container on the lift, then strike the fans to reach a higher ledge.

The second section, though, can be a bit tricky. There’s a long rail above you that loops around the chamber. Likewise, there are a couple of hooks. The goal is to attach the container to the hook, then move it across the rails. However, because of bars that block some segments, you’ll need to think of another way.

I suggest just bypassing this mechanic completely. Here’s what I did in my game:

  • I attached the two hooks in an upright/end-to-end position. I also attached the container to these.
  • I brought the contraption to the other side of the chamber, lifting it into the air for several seconds using Ultrahand.
  • Once I dropped it, I cast Ascent to climb to the top ledge. Then, I popped Recall to make the container/hooks lift back up.
  • With those steps, I just grabbed the container using Ultrahand to clear this part.

After finishing the tasks, all that’s left is to attach a couple of Zonai Fans to the back of a Wing, essentially creating a Fanplane. You could then attach the container on top of that. Control the Fanplane’s directional movement by standing along its edges, all the way to the main facility.

Once you’ve returned to the Construct Factory, simply move the container near the machine core in the center. When the part is revealed, rotate and slot it in place.

This completes the Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Right Leg Depot. We outline the solutions for the other mini-dungeons in this area further in our guides on the Left Arm Depot, Right Arm Depot, and Left Leg Depot. There’s plenty more to do out there in Hyrule.
