How to Complete the Simpler Life Challenge in BitLife

Give us the glamor of California for a simpler life in BitLife!

This week, we leave California’s busy lifestyle behind for a simpler life in Bolivia. However, we need to keep our looks in the drop-dead gorgeous range and get a job to fund this new lifestyle. Here’s how to complete the Simpler Life Challenge in BitLife.

BitLife: How to Complete all Tasks for the Simpler Life Challenge

This week’s tasks are:

How to Be Born a Female in California

We’re starting with a Custom Life. Pick Female as your gender, then United States for Country. To be born in California, you want to pick one of these four locations: Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, or San Jose. I was in the middle of a life with a female born in Los Angeles, so I used my ongoing life to continue with this task.

How to Own a Chihuahua

This task is straightforward. Go to Activities > Pets > Dog Breeder > Chihuahua and pick one of the available options. And that’s all you need to do to check off this task. You could check the shelter for a chihuahua, but that brings in some RNG since the selection of pets at the shelter is randomized. For a challenge, it’s easier and quicker to go to a breeder when you need a certain breed.

How to Have 100% Looks

This objective means that you need 100% Looks at the completion of the challenge. If you obtain 100% Looks, and it drops lower before you finish the other tasks, this task will become incomplete again. As such, I recommend saving it for last. Once you’re in Bolivia and have the Roadkill Remover job, then work on improving looks by going to Activities > Plastic Surgery and having procedures done. You can also improve Looks by going to the gym, getting waxes, getting tans, and eating a healthy diet.

How to Emigrate to Bolivia

Go to Activities > Emigrate and check the drop-down list for Bolivia. If it isn’t there, close the window and return to Emigrate. The list of options changes each time you open the window, so keep opening and closing it until Bolivia is an option. Since I was unlucky, it took me about 30 tries to have Bolivia appear. BitLife just really wanted me to move to Belize instead. Then, apply for emigration, and this task is checked off.

How to Become a Roadkill Remover in Bolivia

This task has the most RNG in the challenge. After you’re in Bolivia, go to Jobs > Job Listings and look for Roadkill Remover. It has a little skull and crossbones symbol on it. If it’s not there, your only option is Aging Up and looking again next year until it shows up. It took about 10 years to show up in my game. Then, apply for the job, answer the question, and check off the final task.

And that’s how to complete the Simpler Life Challenge in BitLife. Overall, it’s among the easier weekly challenges we’ve had. But fighting against RNG for a few tasks becomes frustrating when you’re unlucky.
