A timed challenge you must complete in Fallout 76 requires you to ferment an alcoholic beverage. However, you must first obtain the fermenter before you can do that. While the game doesn’t explain how to get it, the process is super easy. Here’s how to obtain the fermenter and how to ferment an alcoholic beverage in Fallout 76.

How to Unlock the Fermenter in Fallout 76
To obtain the Fermenter plans, you must first complete the Wasted on Nukashine quest in Fallout 76. To start this quest, you must interact with the posters hanging at Morgantown, VTU, train stations, or bus stops in the area. Alternatively, if you can’t find these posters, or they don’t activate the quest, you can enter the Pi House, which should trigger it, or purchase the party poster from the Atomic Shop, place it in your C.A.M.P., and then interact with it.
Upon successful completion of the Wasted on Nukashine quest, you will unlock the plans for the Fermenter. It’s important to note that the Fermenter can only be built in your C.A.M.P. and not inside your shelter, so plan your construction accordingly.
