How to Get the Smoldering Cinderbee in WoW: The War Within

A new expansion means that you have a bunch of new mounts to add to your collection. This time, there’s more than 30 mounts that entered the game. Some are quick and easy to get, but others take time. Here’s how to get the Smoldering Cinderbee in WoW: The War Within.

Actually obtaining the Smoldering Cinderbee is as simple as purchasing it from the Council of Dornogal Renown Quartermaster, Auditor Balwurz. However, it’s not as simple in practice as it sounds in writing. You need Renown 23 with the Council of Dornogal to use the Smoldering Cinderbee. As a result, it takes quite a long time to pick up this mount.

How to Gain Council of Dornogal Renown

The best way to gain Renown with the Council of Dornogal is through quests. In particular, World Quests around the Isle of Dorn often give Renown with the Council of Dornogal. You can check which quests are for which faction by mousing over them on your map. Under the quest name, it has the name of a faction, and that’s who you gain Renown with when completing that quest.

Of course, working on regular quests on the Isle of Dorn can give you Renown as well. WoWHead has a list of quests that give Renown for the Council of Dornogal, which is incredibly helpful. The downside is that regular quests can only be completed once. So, the amount of reputation you can get is limited. On the other hand, World Quests keep changing, which lets you keep earning Renown for factions, even if you’re out of normal quests to complete.
