Lost Ark has been one of the most popular and consistent MMORPGs for many years. But recently, it seems bots have been making things insufferable, resulting in errors and other various bugs. One that many players have run into is the 10010 server authentication failed log-in error. If you’re here, you’re wondering if there’s a fix. We explain below.

What is Server Authentication Failed 10010?

Amazon Games, the publisher of Lost Ark, has banned all connections to the game that are heavily exploited by bots via VPN services. That is the main reason why players who use VPN services to play Lost Ark receive the 10010 error message and cannot log into the game servers. Potential Fixes for Lost Ark Error 10010

If you are using a VPN, first try turning off your VPN software and connecting to Lost Ark via a normal connection. If you still can’t connect, then check out the Lost Ark servers status page to see if the servers aren’t overpopulated at the moment.
