Pokemon Legends Arceus: Where to Find Peat Block

Peat Block in Pokemon Legends is only part of what you need to make Ursaring evolve.

If you want to get Ursaring to evolve, you’ll need the Peat Block in Pokemon Legends Arceus. As with Scyther’s evolution Kleavor, Ursaring’s new evolution Ursaluna requires a special item to reach its final form.

Finding the item is only half the battle, so to speak. You can only use it under certain conditions, and meeting those requirements takes a bit of patience. Here’s how to evolve Ursaring into Ursaluna.

Where Is Peat Block in Pokemon Legends Arceus?

Don’t go rushing off to look for Peat Block because you won’t find it. Unlike Hearty Grain and the myriad other items vying for space in your limited satchel, Peat Block is a hidden item.

You’ll actually need the rideable mount version of Ursaluna to find it, which you won’t obtain until clearing the Crimson Mirelands’ main quests. Ursaluna the mount has a special ability to find hidden items and will lead you to Peat Blocks. These can be found anywhere, not just in Crimson Mirelands, though it may be more convenient to hunt here since you can also find Teddiursa and Ursaring in that region.

How to Evolve Ursaring into Ursaluna in Pokemon Legends

Once you have the Peat Block, you’ll probably need to wait before you can use it. Ursaring only evolves when you use a Peat Block under a full moon. Obviously, that means waiting until nighttime, or more accurately, it might wait until many nighttimes have passed.

The moon in Legends follows an actual cycle, so you may have to rest at camp several days in a row before the opportunity arises. Because of that, we recommend mass evolving your Ursaring if you want more than one Ursaluna.
