Sims 4 Tip: Resurrect a Sim in Using Writing Skill

The Sims 4 has had a whole host of issues and glitches lately, and it sometimes is tricky to tell what is a bug, what’s a cheat, and what’s a feature: like this Sims Resurrection Trick.

Note: Sim must be alive first for this trick to work!

Guide site SimsViP has found out how to keep your Sims alive using the “Epic Saga” feature of the level 10 Writing Skill “The Book of Life.” Once a living Sim is captured in an Epic Saga, you can kill them off in any way and then just bring them back to life using the “Summon” command in the Epic Saga book.

Below are the steps for the Resurrection Trick:

1. Reach Level 10 in the Writing Skill.
2. Complete the “Bestselling Author” Aspiration.
3. Write “The Book of Life” on the Computer.
4. Once the book is complete, click it and “Capture Epic Saga…” of a nearby Sim.
5. You must “Capture Epic Saga” of a Sim BEFORE they die.
6. When a Sim dies, use the “Summon” interaction on the book.
7. The Sim will return to life.
