Note that the game is still very early in its development. This means that many features will be coming in the future, so there may be lots of changes. But the foundation of running your shop will stay the same, regardless of future updates, which is why it’s so important to get the basics down and start your TCG card shop business on the right track. Later, you’ll simply add to the experience when more features are added by the developer.

Step 1: Set Up Your Shop

One of the most important aspects of having a profitable TCG shop is the layout of the store. If your shelves, tables, and displays create chaos rather than order, then customers will quickly leave your shop, which isn’t good for business. That’s why the first thing you need to do is create an optimal layout, such as this:

• Set up shelves with card packs along the walls.
• Put displays with expensive singles at the entrance and along the windows.
• Set up tables and furniture for players in the center of the shop.

In this way, players won’t prevent customers from checking out shelves with cards and packs, and everyone’s going to be happy. In the future, when you get a bigger shop, you can push player tables to the corner and expand the area with your expensive singles to the center of the shop. This will make them stand out and prompt more customers to purchase them.

Step 2: Manage Sales

To sell more cards, you need to buy more via your mobile phone. Consistently order more booster packs and card boxes for your shop, constantly increasing their quality and range. Even if you get into more expensive cards, don’t neglect purchasing starter decks, as they still bring in a lot of customers.

Always keep in mind the price margin, and don’t get too greedy by setting unrealistically high prices. The customers will have comments in your shop after checking out your stock, and if the prices are too high, they’ll be unhappy. In this case, monitor the state of the market via your mobile phone and gradually change your price policy.

Also, don’t make your customers wait too long at the counter, but try to provide services as quickly as possible. If you make customers wait too long, they’ll leave frustrated and never come back. So as soon as you see a group of people standing at the counter, rush over there to help them with their purchases.

Step 3: Expand Your Business

If you’re managing your business well, you’ll start seeing some significant profits coming in. Don’t sit on this money, but invest it in a larger store with more space.
