If you have seen some wooden stakes sticking out of the ground in Lethal Company since the v50 content update, you might feel scared. There are reasons for concern, as well as reasons to be happy with this find. I’ll tell you all about these Wooden Stakes in Lethal Company.
What are Wooden Pikes for in Lethal Company?
Wooden Stakes (or Wooden Pikes, Wooden Spears), believe it or not, serve as a nest for Babon Hawks in Lethal Company. They came to Lethal Company in its v50 content update. The three stakes in a triangle formation indicate that Baboon Hawks will make their item stash there. It indeed does look eerie, given that one former employee’s head has been impaled on one of these stakes.
Do Baboon Hawks Spawn in Their Nest in Lethal Company?
Based on my investigation, I’ve found that the Baboon Hawks will not spawn in their nest exactly but will often flock there. When they steal some of your items, they will get back to this makeshift nest and will drop the stolen items there.
If you manage to spot this nest, you should notify your crewmates and try to check that spot before you leave with your ship. The truth of the matter is that on the new moon called Adamance, dozens of Baboon Hawks can spawn. The power level of Baboon Hawks is now half of what it was in v49, so on each moon they can spawn on, you can expect a double amount of them. This is why you should feel extra cautious when leaving your stuff outside of the Facility door, especially on the above-mentioned Adamance.
Can You Destroy the Wooden Stakes in Lethal Company?
I’ve hit one of the stakes 50 times with the Shovel, and while it was producing the sound of being hit, it didn’t budge. After all, why would you want to destroy the Baboon Hawk’s nest? It marks the location of the loot they stole from you.
That’s all about this eerie find in the v50 Lethal Company. Here at GameSkinny, we have more v50 Lethal Company content in our game hub. I suggest you check out the secret moon Embrion guide, as well as learn how to get Bunny, Bee, and Purple suits.
