The closest landmark is the Ekochiu Shrine and the coordinates are: 1062, 1279, 0045. Once you’ve arrived at the establishment, simply interact with the blank frame on the wall, and the proprietor will give you the quest.

I also suggest making a mental note of this place since it’s where you can start an adventure to awaken Great Fairy Tera and her sisters. While this quest chain takes a while to complete, I feel that it’s totally worth it, especially since it gives you the means of upgrading your armor pieces.
