It seems we should be expecting some big announcements from the House of Elder Scrolls this June. This morning, Bethesda Softworks announced that the publisher will be hosting their own showcase at E3 on June 14, 2015 in Hollywood, California.

While Bethesda has yet to divulge what they will be sharing during the company’s first-ever E3 showcase, the Internet is a-frenzy with speculation.

So Much to Speculate

We do know that Bethesda has much to discuss, what with the upcoming DOOM over at id Software, their new IP, BATTLECRY, and The Elder Scrolls Online will have recently been released to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 by June. But is any of that worthy of an E3 showcase? After all, we already know of these and possible release date announcements may not be the best use of first-time conference at E3.

So, with all that, fans of the publisher are hoping for some information on Fallout 4.

We do know, as of April 2013, that Bethesda has been in full development on its “next major project” following the release of the final DLC for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and there has been much speculation that this next game could very well be Fallout 4, including a leaked document saying that the next Fallout will take place in Boston and a tweet from the voice of Three Dog, Erik Todd Dellums, saying this:

No matter what Bethesda has to share this year, the one thing we do know is that it is big enough to warrant an E3 showcase. That alone is worth getting excited about! And, if you cannot make it to E3 this year, Bethesda will airing the showcase live on their Twitch channel.
